Carry the sunshine—and your confidence—into what’s next.
Summer makes us feel like kids again. The fireflies, the bright-green grass, the salty, sandy skin — each extra-long day is all sunshine and endless possibility. Every year we're convinced it'll last forever, and every year we're proven wrong. The end of August is our yearly reminder that we still can't stop time.
Which, by the way, is a memo we don't really need. In midlife, our bodies are the clocks, reminding us every day that we're not quite who we used to be. From the roots of our hair to the smallest bones in our (aching, slightly swollen) feet, every single part of us changes in midlife, and as we know, there's no going back.
That's why we're embracing it all. We want to make these years as beautiful and fulfilling as we can — whether we're dabbling in dating apps, diving into hormone health or finally trying out resistance training. There is so much we can do to make life better during these decades, as long as we have the knowledge, tools and support to explore it.
We can't turn back the clock, not on the seasons or on life — but that's OK. What's yet to come is better anyway.
